Hey guys! Are the final production numbers out for the 2018 M4 Competitions yet? I have purple silk metallic with opal merino interior, and I know the production numbers were super limited.

I don't think there's a way to see how many were made for a specific year.

(Bonus question: How many 6MT Heritage cars were there?)

When do we usually get updates after production stops? I’m quite curious as to the m4 production numbers.

Probably a couple months after production ends at the earliest. I'm not too sure when it ends for F82s, I would think very soon though.

F82 production ended on June 22nd.

Fellow CQM owner here. Not sure if you are asking about F80, 82 or 83. Mine is an F83 with Cohiba brown interior and 6MT. Apparently there were only four F83's made in this configuration globally. I have yet to see another F8X in this color and it gets rave comments from perfect strangers. If you search further up this thread (page 14) the gent that helped me track this info down did a search on all CQM F82's and F83's and found 365 globally (2015 to present). He broke it down by vert vs coupe. Hope this helps.

I guessing the F80 outsold the F82 but not by much.

I remember it was impossible to get an F80 allocation from release through Q3, 2016. That was not the case for the F82.

The OP no longer has access to the system that got him the numbers for the F80 and does not appear to have been active here since July.

There is at least one other person on these boards with the access to the info - alas, I do not remember his name.

I wonder if, internally, BMW M was pissed off that these sales figures (in sortable/raw data form) were posted. Would it be something that their competitors would gain anything from having?

I run a manufacturing business. I would hate for my competitors to have access to similar sales figures, but the car industry is so different.

Greetings All!

I ordered a 2021 X4 M40i on Oct. 22nd. from my delaer. According to "My Garage" in went into the production que on Nov. 16th. Since then there's been no movement in production on the website. I call the 800#, and they say the car will be done by Dec.1st., and my dealer says the same. Hoping the later is true, but has anyone had a similar experience with the website?

Bimmer for life: 5 Series, 340GT, and for 2021 the X4!

Just found out from this page that my M3 is apparently one of 26 in the United States. I did not realize when I bought her that Smoked Topaz Metallic is unicorn rare.
