What does the service note actually mean?

Hi fellows,

I recently completed a service due to vibrating brakes at highway speed. I received the following note just wonder if everything is okay with the brake panel. Thank you[IMG][/IMG]

What exactly are you confused about? You said you were feeling vibration from your brakes right? They tried removing and replacing the front and rear brakes in an attempt to fix the problem.
