So I done a lot of research but still couldn't decide which.

I currently have AA down pipes already but looking for more deeper tone. I have narrowed down to this though: (must be Remus)

1. Remus + AA mid + my AA dp. - Majority of the US folks seem to agree and YouTube sounds nice too.

2. Remus catback resonated + AA dp. - I prefer this option just coz it's all together and makes it slightly cheaper. But I have not heard this combo unless I missed a video??

3. Remus axle back + stock midpipes + aa dp
Again I have not heard this combo. I like this option because at least keeps the fumes out mostly.

4. Remus catback non-resonated - put stock dp back on.

Uhhh don't know which because partly I'm scared of EPA fines and void insurance. Keep at least a set of cats in there makes me feel better but other part of me want full system haha.

Will running full catless void insurance??? Even though having after market exhaust system is mentioned in policy?

be keen to see the opinions! might be keen on a remus system. seem to offer decent bang for buck. but really dont want drone. it is not clear also what setups the online vids represent.

went full catless with an akra on a 1M a while ago. last 1 week prior to reverting to stock downpipes- too much drone!

What about stock DP + AA EQ mid + Muffler of choice? Sounds amazing and you don’t have to worry about passing smog if you’re in a state that checks

I’m not tuned so I’m not sure, but seems likely AFAIK most stage 2 requires DPs

I seem to really like the catless downpipes with Active Autowerkes single midpipe and remus axleback sound. Has that really nice deep tone to it! That is what I would get once I get my M3
