Not trying to be an a**hole but you get what you pay for.

But, the side fitment is infamous for having issues even on the authentic Vorsteiner one sometimes. Just gotta do the best you can with the install. I have an authentic Vorsteiner Diffuser and my installer did a great job installing it, but recommended not putting double-sided tape on the sides as it can increase the gap. But with something that doesn't fit well, you might need double-sided tape. I'd try without it first though. Also, it will look better when you're further away and not staring at it so close.

Don't be in a rush. Have a helper if possible. Take your time. Fitment has a lot to do with a good install.

Just get it installed for the time being. It will be fine. Especially when you're not staring at it up close.

Bolded part is not true. Sponsors/vendors and US ebay sellers resell the same trash for 3x the price, but they offer an extra layer of QC and easier returns.

I usually go with ebay over aliexpress if the price difference is less than 20%, but for me, the difference was 1k USD vs 1.8k USD for the whole kit.

Garage List
2015 BMW M4  [9.83]
2007 BMW 335i  [10.00]
Vehicle: F82 M4

Part: carbon fiber front splitters

Brand: N/A

Link, eBay seller, item number: bulbxpert

Fitment 1-10 (best), reason for score: 9
Fitment overall was pretty good; the driver side one was spot on against the air duct, whereas the passenger side one had a very small gap against the air duct. Both sides didn't completely reach up to the outer "corner" of the middle duct and follow the line, but it was close.

Quality 1-10 (best), reason for score: 9
Quality was good, both came with no defects; only thing was the edge wasn't completely straight, had very small curves to it. Other than that, it was perfect.

Item price: $149.99

Shipping price: free

Item location: United States

^ I've had the same ones for almost 2 years now and they've held up to the elements here in the northeast (rain, snow, salt) and are still going strong! Great choice.

Any recommendations for the upper carbon "fangs"? I see a few on ebay, might just pull the trigger on one of the higher feedback ones considering the price on those.

My recommendation, although not on ebay, are the EuroCustomsPR Upper Splitters.

https://eurocustomspr.com/products/b...pper-splitters

I do have a set of brand new Horizon Motorsports Carbon Upper Splitters for sale, $125.

Product: cf m performance style rear diffuser
Seller: BulbXpert

Quality: 7 maybe? This is my first ever cf part, so difficult for me just pick quality, but the style of the cf is close to the roof oem.

Fitment: 8/10. Not perfect. Not terrible. Better than it is worse. There is a slight wobble across the top, but all tabs are in.

Price: $199.99 free shipping

The rest of my cf parts ordered are all real oem m performance, and I'm glad for it.

I got these as well but keep in mind they don't have the tab to screw in on the bottom. They're only held on by double sided tape

Anyone got a lead on the front bumper brake ducts? $400 seems excessive from AutoTecnik

Didn't expect it to be this bad ?

This V style diffuser from a new seller caught my eye from eBay. Since everyone went with the somewhat trusted Ali express seller I decided to try this one expecting bad results. I wasn't disappointed.....didn't even bother with test fitting it. Looks more like a uneven weaver chess board. Had a good laugh.

Never buy anything that says carbon fiber "style", that's fake cf overlay on top of plastic.

I would second that, CF pattern looks very poor and not very pro. But whatever rocks your boat, drive it with a laugh

Good. I asked for a refund and they offered me only $50. I filed a charge back with my credit card company. We will see what happens.
