I was quoted $600 (very low end shop)-$1000 (mid-end shop) to replace resonators with x-pipe and secondary cats with mufflers, anyone know a reputable place with reasonable prices around Vancouver?

There is a group buy being organized for a VRSF midpipe if you want to go that route. It's in ON but they will ship. $750 plus shipping I guess
