its a vinyl wrap. just look at the reflection on the hood, its a dead give away.

They claim it is "paint" in the article. Also say "initially planned". Maybe they follow suit of more than 700 built and they also made exceptions for the special few?

Looks good to me but it does kinda look like a wrap.

It is hard to imagine that a premium price for the GTS would be charged when you open a door, boot, bonnet, and see BSM, FDG, MG or AW.

Reflections in the paint/wrap look textured. Leads me to believe it is definitely a wrap.

Also looks like it has an Akrapovic exhaust on it.

Ok, just wasted a huge amount of time looking through every non-North American LHD GTS VIN and every single one was produced in one of the regular GTS colors.

So I say its a wrap.

I would not be surprised that a very exclusive German dealership can pull some strings at BMW to have a "regular" GTS customised at Individual.
