US spec always on "blinkers"?
See attached picture please.
I'm guessing that's where the little amber light goes in US spec cars. Do you know if EU spec cars have the light there and I just need to code it so it works or that little hole is empty? |

Just found the perfect picture from this awesome thread: https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1554695
So now it's just a matter of knowing if the light is there or it's empty... |

I have adaptive LED and that yellow light is present and on when the lights are on. I actually looked into if it was possible to code it always 'off' as I'm not a fan but it seems like that can't be done.
mine are the pre-lci though so not sure if it functions differently on lci but I’d say if it’s not on then it’s not there as it’s uncodeable.

Must just be on the us spec then! Probably the easiest thing is to find someone in America who wants euro lights and do a swap

It might also be a coding thing. If there was no light there then surely the car would throw a warning since they're required by law in the US?
