Downsized from OEM 666 20 to 437M 19
I might get a lot of heat for it but I got tired of 666 wheels for the following reasons:
1. Super hard and time consuming to clean 2. Thin sidewall means harsh ride and little protection from potholes 3. Flat design with no concave 4. Silver didnt really flow with my car anymore (especially after headlamp upgrade) So I downsized to 19 inch oem wheels in black. They: 1. Flow better with the color theme of my car 2. Ride so much better 3. Are so easy to clean Do I feel like I downgraded my car? No. I really like this design. Enjoy! |

I loved these wheels on my 2015. I like the Comp ones, but dont like the 30 profile. I would be happy with the 437s again for sure

you forgot another pro to making the switch: you can run 305's in the rear.
I almost ordered my CP with the 437's. I hated the 666m initially but they really grew on me. When I eventually switch my wheel set up I'm going with 19's, though. Volk TE37's... Looks great by the way |

Given the amount of mods and exhaust swaps you've done I'm surprised you haven't tried aftermarket wheels. The ride is definitely rougher on 20's but that's the sacrifice for form over function. If you plan to keep the 437s you'll need some spacers to finish the look.

So the vast majority of people agree that it looks better with 19s - Im glad Im not the only one. I really love the look of these oem wheels.
Id try aftermarket wheels but Im at this point in my life where I like to keep things as OEM as possible....though judging by the number of exhausts I had on my car - things might change |

Looks very good. When I ordered my F80 ZCP I originally chose these wheels, but then changed last minute to the black 666s. My plan was to swap/sell them for a set of 437s and hopefully profit a few bucks. However, the 666s have really grown on me. I like how they look a lot. I do still consider swapping them for a smaller size like you so I can have more rubber protection with the crappy roads in NY.
Do you really notice a difference in how it drives? Softer ride? Any difference in performance?

Honestly nothing crazy that stood out. But my wheels now , I have 305 RE-71 in the rear and never spin out like I did before.

the overall harshness is one of the reasons I've decided to bail on the m3
i've always wondered what difference a 35 series profile would make, if it would fix the nvh on this car, so I kept a lookout on ebay for a set cheap enough to give it a go - and perhaps just swap them for big road/drive trips |

I love the black 437's, and they look great on your car. however I still prefer the black 666. I currently have both wheels. Winters will be two tone 437. I should powder coat them all black.
I agree the silver 666 don't look that great. If I had to rank them, and nobody is asking me to do it, I would go: first would be black 763, then black 666, then powder coated all black 437, then bicolor 437, then silver 437, every other wheel, then silver 666 haha |

One of the biggest reasons for downgrading was getting more meat on the tire to handle NYC potholes. My parents live in queens and I visit them a lot.
The black 666 wheels do look better than silver but the tire is just too skinny for my liking |
