LCI2 Headlight Modules for headlight conversion
Hi,
I recently purchase a set of OEM LCI2 headlights from a 2018 f80 in order to upgrade my old xenon’s on my 2015. The headlights i purchased unfortunately do not come with the modules and i am unfamiliar with the exact modules i need. I found these on eBay and am simply looking for confirmation if this contains everything i need. https://www.ebay.com/itm/30529988295...mis&media=COPY I know a wire harness is needed as well, which I’m able to easily find. I’m simply looking for clarification if this is the correct module “package” i need. Any insight is appreciated. |

Those ARE NOT correct. They are for pre LCI non Ikon lights.
If you have Ikon lights, these will not work. If you have LED style halo rings, yes they will work. 2018 M3 LCI cars had Ikon lights.

How do you figure? It’s odd that the eBay post specifically states they’re NOT for the ones LED style halo rings with a big red “X” over its picture lol. Not saying what you’ve stated is 100% wrong… just curious how you’re that certain that these are wrong.

I'd double check the part numbers. They don't look right. Maybe I'm wrong too but the small modules look out of shape for some reason. Run the part numbers to be sure.
