Reputable shop SOCAL
Hi - I went to SSR performance for a crankhub; stage 2 down pipe and charge pipe. This ended up with a lifter tick which they did not cover and I am starting to stall on stops where the start-stop feature is on. I’m done with SSR and need a shop I can trust locally in SoCal. Can anyone recommend? I tried s5x but had a bunch of questions and I think they’re tired of answering via IG. Any shops that y’all would recommend would be greatly appreciated.

S5X is a good shop as they’re super popular around here and do good work. I had them work on my 340. But they’re relatively smaller than some of the big names and more recent as well. Scheduling an appointment with them can take forever and the lead time may be even longer
My vote goes to EAS as well. The previous owner of my car took it there. My 340 got PPI’d by them just before I sold it. Overall great service and the OG’s |

I only take my car to RTMotorworks or New Century BMW.
