M3/M4, X5M or Xdrive50i

Looking to take over a lease starting last week of November 2018. I have been assuming leases for about 8 years so I know the process.

I am looking for the following:

M3 or M4, X5M or xDrive50i

preferably competition package ( M3 or M4 )
DCT only.
I can have car shipped but would be nice if it was in South Florida
700 miles per month minimum left
Preferably between 12-24 months left on lease
Executive package
70% of thread left on tires or more

Also could be interested in 2018+ M5 if payments are under $1500 per month.
