my intakes are off waiting for new ones to come in....wonder if i should just go ahead and order some new charge pipes since everything is out now lol

Hey, great post. Thanks for the instructions and descriptions. Just curious how much you tightened the clamps? Was there a torque spec? Thx

I know of no torque spec - I just tightened them really good and tight!

Man the lower section of the rear ess charge pipe kept popping off the bottom coupler. I finally redid it so the bolt is on the opposite side from how you clamped it and towards the middle of the coupler. I hope it says.

You can tell that it popped off if you accelerate hard and you hear a high pitches fart noise haha or a raspberry sound. If it pops out again I’m going to get some aluminum pipes!

I couldn't find one either, but the OE chargepipe bolt is the same bolt as the valve cover, and torque spec on those bolts is 7 ft/lbs. The bolts don't need to be very tight to secure the chargepipes, and plenty have broken them, so 7 ft/lbs seems appropriate imo.
