I have an extended service agreement that's about to expire. I passed on the spark plugs and air filters last service and requested it to be done this time around but they are refusing to do it because I have NGK plugs and BMC filters. They said they need the OE parts to turn in to make a claim, is that true?
They said they would be willing to do the service if I provide them with the oem parts... not sure why I can't keep my own parts if the service contract is already paid for. Any input is appreciated. |

I asked for my old spark plugs when getting the service, and I was informed they had to send them in under the service contract. Probably get reimbursed.

That was nice of them. You can sell them and get some of your money back lol.
Of course that’s if they didn’t take your aftermarket filters out and toss them before realizing the new filters wouldn’t fit... If your intakes make a really cool inrush sound you might be missing your filters. Bet you want to check now 😉 Kidding. Or am I? No, I’m kidding? |
