I have not seen any newly arriving M3/4s equipped with xenon lights yet.

Those are shaping up to be quite "exclusive".

BTW MG looks whack on M3.

I am sure they would if your were to order a car and leave a deposit. I had a dealer offer to fly me out once if I purchased the car. Maryland to California.
