Loudspeaker system - BMW Professional

Can someone explain me what is this exactly , Im sure it's not the Harmon Kardon option.

It's showing £730.00 option..
Navigation System Profesional £2045.00

Forgot to mention its a 2010 - F10..
is it same for all the BMW range

In the early F10s it was called Speaker Professional. 16 speakers and more powerful amp than BMW Business Speaker system (12 speakers). It was much the same as the HK system.
