Help with colour choice

Hi All,

Apologies in advance - boring post alert!

I'm on the verge of taking the plunge and buying my first 'M' car (F82 M4 Competition Coupe), but I'm stuck between two options.

Both are very similar spec, with similar mileage and similar cost. The choice I have is between Mineral White and Nardo Grey.

I personally prefer Nardo Grey, but not sure it will be as desirable when it comes to sell on.

Thoughts please?

I am sure Nardo Grey will be more desirable when being sold. It is much more rare than Mineral White.

Hands down Nardo grey. I like white, but nardo is rare and will help on resale. Plus it looks so good on M cars.

Agree on Nardo. I think it'll help resale. It's an individual color but it's still grey. It's mainly the really loud individual colors that might hurt or slow resale.

I'd choose the Nardo. Definitely holds its value better as well.

My next car will definitely be Nardo. Doubt you'll have a problem with resell either way you go, but Nardo's uniqueness sets it apart in my opinion

Alpine would have been a closer race.
Mineral vs Nardo is a no brainer

My m4 is mineral white and I love it. If I had the chance to pick between the two, I would have easily picked nardo gray ... although that color is a bit “on trend” we’ll see how it stands the test of time.

Nardo all day. Individual resale will always be higher.

Why are you choosing the color for the next owner? You’re paying all this money now. Enjoy YOUR car. Nardo will likely lose zero value over MG and may even be worth more. But, even if it did lose some value, it would be negligible and not worth the loss of enjoying exactly the car you want.

go check out the production data thread: https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1551939

Nardo is about 100 and mineral white is over 4000.
Nardo all day assuming pricing is equal-ish

I'd chose Nardo gray even if it didn't have wheels and everyone in the dealership kicked me in the nuts

Beautiful and rare color

Easily nardo, idk how you found two with the same miles & cost as the nardo ones are usually more as it's an individual color.

Money aside, I love black cars to death, and I'd still take nardo over my BSM. Nardo with the right carbon and stance looks amazing

White paint has no depth and is boring...in other words...plain vanilla.
