Is there a leak?

Every time I pull out the garage my car leaves fluid on the ground. But not when I leave it idle warming up, only when I reverse it out.

Should I take it back to BMW, it was just there and the guy did a inspection and stated everything was fine..

It's most likely the exhaust from warming up or something.

It's usually exhaust vapor condensation and nothing to worry about. You can tell because the streaks line up with your exhaust tips.

If it's oily or black then it can be a problem. Put some white paper down so it hits the paper, and show the paper to the Service Manager.
