Love my F82! So much so that I spent the better part of the last few snowy days just staring at it in the garage. Sold my Cayman S for the M4 and couldn't be happier with it.

Oh and the manual transmission in this car is just pure genius. If anyone is thinking of a 6spd its amazing.

Had my M3 for almost 2 months and just over 2K miles…love driving it everyday! Can't wait for the week after next when I have a business trip to make…it is 440 miles each direction, so I'll get nearly another 1K on it in a week…everything is awesome so far and I enjoy EVERYTHING about this car!!

I was worried when I traded in my E92 M3 that I was making a huge mistake. Apparently, I had nothing to worry about. Love love love this car!

This morning I put a 2.5 month old newborn into a car seat at 4:45am, in the M3, and began driving backroads.

I drove 35 miles all told, fairly slow because I probably saw a total of about 56 deer on my drive many of which were at the very edge of the road.

The entire time the newborn, who has a head cold and was very rough last night, slept peacefully with the pur of an inline six, piped in sound, and a nice solid-chassis-interior-noise-volume.

Was in the car for about 1.25 hours all told, mostly just driving around enjoying the moment. Was in sport mode and obviously was driving gently, but it will all backroads ~35-50mph so I would stop as little as possible.

36 degrees outside. Averaged 27mpg over the entire trip, including warm-up, per the trip computer.

So....

- Put finicky newborn to sleep: Check
- Comfortably cruise backroads at 5am: Check
- Great car to enjoy some tunes in (quietly): Check
- Amazing gas mileage when needing to simply drive a newborn around: Check

I might be rocking snow tires and driving it like a 328i, but yes, I'm in love with my M3 right now.

Joe

P.s. I just washed a month's worth of total grime off of it, re-applied SPNS, shined the tires up...and damn if she doesn't look good.

Some people like to flog the ones they love, some like to lock them up in a cage and admire their beauty. Both are equally creepy.

Sorry to be the negative guy here but I've had a problem with this car............I haven't driven it enough!

Got the car redelivered the week before Thanksgiving and had some great fall plans scheduled for us. Then life happened. A long road trip to CO in our SUV for Thanksgiving then onto an unseasonably rainy December, I have not racked up the miles like I should and hoped to be. I wake up each morning with high hopes of driving around the best car Ive ever owned only to be thwarted by the weather/holidays/family duties. Yes I love my kids and spending Christmas time together, but don't they know I have a new M car in the driveway?

As someone who's had to listen to the movie Frozen literally dozens of times over the last few weeks getting alone time in that car is a real treat. I want more of it! And in 2015 increasing the odometer reading will be the resolution I work hardest to keep.

Great thread OP.

Nice post and thanks.

Really, this thread is a way of keeping the home fires burning for my ride while I sit in the mountains doing the snow dance hoping to get the powder coming.....

(Looks something like )

Hello. I am @myzmak. And even after only 100km, I love my car.
Yeah, I did and they did, but I still love my M4. I have ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES after 4 months. Love it!!
