Lowering F83?
From what I've seen on the forum and on Google, is it true that my only options for lowering the F83 would be either a KW HAS Kit or H&R Sport Springs?
Backstory: I just bought my wife her F83 today and she wants to drop it ASAP. I'm lowered on EMD's in my F82 and love them on mine, but have not seen anything to suggest those would work on hers. |

Isn't the only difference the weight? I would think the suspension is exactly the same as the f80 and f82 the only thing to consider would be the extra weight and the spring rate?

Big difference in weight... I just wanted to see if anyone actually confirmed that since I can't find anything beyond what I wrote in the OP which is shocking to me considering how many f83's I see on the road.

I just bought a f83 as well, mine came with HR Springs. I believe they are either m4 specific super sport or f83 specific. Either way both those springs are 1.6f/1.1r and 1.5f/1.0r. Been doing research as well, eibach pro kit should be sufficient for me.
My car is currently too low, I have a cf lip that I won't even install. Here it is after the clear bra , full front and rear quarters PPF install. |
