Any issues with the paint job under high heat like when on the track? Will it cause discoloration or fading?
Thanks

My car is still at the body shop since I am getting other things done at the same time but here is a pic that the shop sent me yesterday. I'll upload some pics of it on the car when I pick it up later this week. I have a BSM with black wheels so these calipers should really pop with my blacked out theme.

The paint we use has such a high tolerance for heat that enthusiast track driving will not reach the threshold of the paint's temperature limit.

We have combined hundreds and hundreds of thousands of miles (maybe into the millions?) and haven't had to redo a set yet due to discoloration or fading or anything of the sort.

For reference, quite a few of our clients see the track very often, and in particular, one of them has a set of white calipers, and he happens to be the one who tracks about the most. Never once saw his calipers change in color and be altered in any way.

I can't decide what color to do my calipers.

Any suggestions?

I'd concentrate on bolting your rear wheels on straight first

As for the colour, Lambo orange, Yas Marina blue or white.

How long does the process take if I were to drop the car off? Will it take more than a day before you can safely drive off without messing up the paint?

I'm running .3 degrees more aggressive than OEM camber settings, that's all. It does look a bit ridiculous in that photo though

It's about a 3 day turn-around time.

Speed Yellow? That's what I just had mine painted with. Waiting now to get the car back from installation

Two more from the past few weeks! An F80 M3 looking for a bit more excitement and a Jaguar F-Type R aiming for more subtlety. The Jaguar originally had yellow carbon ceramic calipers that were too much for the owner. We painted them to match the body color exactly along with the side vents that were originally black.

I kind of want to do the BMW CCB caliper colors...gold or Austin yellow. I feel like it would be poser-ish though

hahaha haters gonna hate!

In all seriousness, I think the caliper is different enough that you could pull it off. It's a nice color, that's for sure. One that we can easily do

Certainly would look fantastic on Azurite Black F80. That or maybe SO to match my interior. Though I like the gold better. Is OEM CCB color gold or AY?

Also what is pricing? Does it include reprinting the M logo on the calipers? I would ship to you guys; would it be 3 days turn around plus whatever shipping to and from your shop and my house?

Yes, our caliper painting service includes reprinting any logos (either the same ones you have now or something different if you prefer) at no additional charge. We print vinly of the logo you want in the colors you choose and then apply it between the paint and clear coat layers so it is protected underneath the clear. We can generally turn these around within 3 days and have them on their way back to you!

I'll PM you pricing.

This gorgeous Ara Blue Audi R8 just didn't look right with the factory caliper color, we matched the body color exactly and really helped those HRE Wheels pop!

Do like Speed Yellow or Brembo Yellow.

Austin or Gold would be poserish IMO I didn't do it for the same reason.

@TAG.. does your service not provide cores? You actually have to send yours out for this?
