Question Paintless Dent Repair on Wheel Arch

Noticed this little dent on my right rear wheel arch while fueling up. Very hard to see but now thats all I notice. I tried my best to get the best photo of it. M4 was just at the dealership for service but have yet to hear back from them...

Any prior experience with PDR on this part of the car (wheel arch)? Rather try and keep the fender PPF on as it still looks good and is still protecting the fender.

Thanks!

On mine, they had to drill in behind the wheel well liner. Then smoothed it out from the back. Plugged up the hole, and can't even see the plug since it's behind the liner. Dent is 100% gone.
