New 763M for my F82 M4

These arrived today. I probably would have gone frozen gold but as they are NLA with the tyre package from BMW black was the only option. Thankfully I think they work really well and sit much nicer than the 666M did with the skinny Supersports.

They weigh noticeably less as well, those 666M are a heavy lump to lift around.

Thanks! Do you mean from the Port? Or is it a CS you have?

They look superb and the hold calipers sitting behind look perfect.

I’ve switched to 763 from 666 and I don’t think I’ll switch back even when summer arrives.

I think a gold set of 763 on Cup 2 is the summer solution!

Thanks mate. I deliberated back and forth so much on the black, as it’s now the only colour available with tyres as a package. The gold ones are rims only now and almost £5k without tyres and sensors etc. The weight of the 666M actually shocked me a bit, very very heavy wheels!!

Unsure but 513M won’t clear CCB’s anyways so wasn’t an option for me.

Looks great, 763m is the best BMW wheel ever imho. Looks like a high quality aftermarket wheel and is forged/light. Can't lose!

It's the only OEM wheel I've ever owned on a car for which I have no desire to change.

Yep! Just get a bit of a drop for the CS, nothing slammed. I went with MPHAS for mine, I was tired of replacing front lips on my other F8x cars. This is the lowest the MPHAS would go on my car and I think it's great. Been running it now for over a year and no damage to the lip, no scraping, nothing. Just about perfect!

Perfect! The MPHAS is absolutely fantastic isn’t it. I loved the way my previous M4CS drove so was always reluctant to meddle with it but on the comp it’s just so crashy as stock. Very very firm. The MPHAS improves it no end, so much so my wife commented on it being smoother. I expect this to improve even more now with the 19” fronts.

Pardon my ignorance but what is the MPHAS?

I can gather it is height adjustable suspension but could you post details of the kit?

I’ve smashed two carbon lips in 12 months!

It’s the BMW M Performance height adjustable springs. Love the fact that it’s OEM as everything on my car is (except spacers and carbon stone guards)

They look fab Colin and what a car, spec and condition. I would suggest a CS bonnet and then that car is pretty much the perfect M4 Comp.

Thank you sir! The bonnet is on my Radar but ir would have to be a genuine one and £5k is out of my mod budget right now..

I’m so proud of this one. I know I literally couldn’t find another one like it and on just 6k miles It could well be a keeper

Thank you yes the same 10mm all round that I had with the 666M, Definately wouldn’t want any extra especially at the rear.

Yes mate 19/20 and they clear CCB’s but it’s extremely close. So close that stones get caught between caliper and wheel and leave marks. It’s been that way ever since the GTS came out in 2016 and the M3/4 CS is the same.
