Sounds like you have a screw or nail in the tread of a front tire. On the left front tire check the inner shoulder. On the right front tire check the outer shoulder.

That was my first thought, but the tires are okay.

I have the same issue. Took it to the dealer they said rocks in the brake rotor backing plate. Picked it up still doing it.

I had the same problem...more pronounced when turning right.
Got it fixed at the dealership.

Here's the parts that they used
(4) 31-10-8-053-073 Disc for higher coefficient
(2) 83-19-2-180-806 Brake cleaner
(4) 34-11-1-123-072 Inner Hex Bolt.

I didn't really get a good explanation from the dealer, but told me it's the sound from Rotors and calipers as they expand and contract due to temp changes (??). Anyways, the added discs appear to be shims and I'm guessing it's just taking some play out of the rotor.

So far, I don't hear the noise anymore and it appears to have done the tricks.

I had the above fix initially which never fixed my problem. Ended up having to replace my wheel bearings under warranty and its been 8 months since I've heard the clicking while turning.

than you should check your carriers on both sides, maybe they have too much clearance
part number for the left side: 31212284001

Any update on this? I will be bringing my car in next week to address the ticking sound which only happens when turning right.

The dealer installed the paper spacers (see post # 5). Seems to have fixed it.

That is the exact same sound I'm having but it's coming from the rear wheel and it's constant whether I'm turning or not. Anybody got that fixed? already took it to the dealer and they claimed they fixed it and it came back the next day

Check your tire tread for anything stuck in there.

Any definite solution for this? Mine started both ticking in the front at the same time when i installed and then removed the spacers. I’ve ruled out the brake dust shields, not sure what to attack now 😅
