Last spark plug thread ever

Rigght..

I'm a bit over 30K miles with a few k running the burger stage one. Car started idling somewhat rough lately (cold in here) and occasionally throws a misfire code [fuel maybe]. I'm planning to go with the BM3 tune once the warranty goes out which is soon. Question is, what plugs do I go for and what gap for stock like reliability
