I just double checked mine again. I used a laser thermometer to check the temp. It was 62F off based on my gargage temp but after I left the light on for 5 minutes, it went to 69F. I just disconnected the light for now as I thought an LED shouldn't heat up that much if any.

Well it looks like the OLED tail lights from alibaba have finally made its way over to Amazon. Just waiting for them to be prime eligible before snatching a set up :-).

Spec-M on eBay is pretty study at high speeds. All that I used to install were self tapping screws and double sided tape. Pretty good fit too.

On another note, after the light tint (used vvivid's light smoke meant for headlights/taillights), the brightness is perfect/not overpowering and matches the OEM (set to 100%). |

I just put in the new bulb and it’s a very bright orange! Also picked up a CF radio faceplate with LED lighting from Amazon to complete the updated lighting. |

Just purchased this "Glossy Black CS style front lip" https://www.ebay.com/itm/Glossy-Blac...53.m1438.l2649
Looks like a few have been sold with one commenting it has good fitment. Giving it a shot to replace my OEM M performance lip that has faded terribly. If it isint up to par i'll be painting the bottom portion of the M performance lip. |

Installed the Amazon / JC Sportline MPerf Rep diffuser.
While the fit and finish is actually quite good, I cannot get the upper, outer clips to "snap" in. All lines up perfectly, just seems they are not large enough to catch. |

I think it’s the angle I took the pic and the bump at the bottom end that sits on the bottom of the steering wheel that makes the weave look like crap on the bottom there- you can see the same thing on the OEM one in pics too. It looks fine IRL.

Thanks, yea it could be the angle and i know what you mean about the bump on the bottom. This is a pic i found on ebay of the OEM trim piece. the weave looks more uniform all across the piece. How would you compare? I was initially gonna go with a replica but im leaning more towards OEM now because its a piece thats sits right in your face all the time.
