Startup Misfiring? 140102 misfiring - after startup

I am getting some very bad misfire after a new E85 map my tuner gave me. Multiple misfiring codes. The car is idling very rough with a cold start. It sounds like my cold start is turned on even though it is turned off. When the car is warmed up, burbles are significantly louder than I've ever heard. Instead of it burbling, it just pops instead.

New spark plugs were changed out with flex-fuel plugs 2 months ago with ~1000 miles on them gapped to .018. I hope it is not the injectors.

Did you test your E85 to see if it's 85%?

Check plug gaps again. I've seen mine shrink a tiny bit depending on how I gapped the plug. My tuner doesn't go less than 0.021" unless necessary. I like 0.022" so I can switch to 93 and back easily.

E85 is 90%.

The issue has gone away once the tuner sent me a new map. Not sure what happened with that map.
