Hello all, I had to patch one of my Michelin pilot super sports on my F80 due to what looked like a very small finishing nail. Is the plug too close to the inner side wall to be deemed safe? Any input would be appreciated, I street drive only with no track use

That's looks dangerous, I would definitely replace that tire. The hole will stretch especially when you turn into a curve and tire flex. It's also a little close for me to drive on that next to the side wall.
