Question Need help diagnosing this awful vibrating sound during idle

I've been noticing vibrating/buzzing sound during idle and it comes at random times. I've observed it after starting the car and sometimes while driving when sitting at a traffic light. I pulled over and made these videos few days ago when it happened again. When I give it some throttle it goes away. I'd take it to the dealer but they likely won't do anything unless its persistent or there's a CEL present. At the time there is No CEL. No limp mode or anything. Car drives flawlessly. The very first time I heard it from inside the cabin I thought it was a cell phone vibrating lol. Could it be a fuel pump? The car is 100% stock competition besides coding features but that shouldn't cause any issue like this. I'm getting downpipes installed soon and really need to trouble shoot this before doing that and being stuck incase I need to get something replaced under warranty.

pointing my phone below the driver door to hear better
couldn't really capture the sound under the hood as the engine bay is loud when car is on

The bottom of the car has these covers that might be loose. I had a similar rattle when playing music. I lifted the car and found that some of those screws were loose. After tightening the noise went away.

I Had a very very similar noise and mine turned out to be the little plastic covers under the hood close to the windshield on the passenger and driver side. They just needed re-latching and it went away!

How can I confirm this? Car probably needs to be put on a lift and skid plate removed to inspect? Wouldn't transmission throw any codes? Maybe a hidden code? I might hook up the car to ISTA+ and see.

But would it make these sounds when car is not moving and at a stand still?

I inspected under the hood. All plastics seem to be secure in place.

To be honest, my M4 made so much mechanical noise that had me concerned from time to time until I realized these were just BMW things.

I can relate to that. The dct itself makes so much clunking sounds when it downshifts which apparently are normal and sometimes noted to be backlash in the lines.

Any of the above - great Info.! Plus, have a look at your exhaust (valves/hangers?).

Mine does it at initial start up (When it' cold?) and then it quickly fades away.
