Is lease still available? Where are you located? Does payment include tax?

62000 + 550 color + 1200 wheels + 950 seats + 875 hk + 950 shipping = 66525 msrp
selling price 61500

you could probably get a new one for 61500, vs buying a one that has 16k and no maintenance plan.

I'm confused, why doesn't it have maintenance plan? It doesn't say that in original thread. Do all bimmers no longer come with 4yr/50k?

I forget when the policy changed, but the free maintenance does NOT transfer anymore to the new owner. You still retain your factory warranty though. I talked to a SA some time ago and he mentioned that if you buy a used BMW in the 4yr/50k window, you can pay to have the maintenance plan reinstated. I am not sure how much that costs though.

The price of this car seems high. Spend a few thousand more for brand new with 0 miles, an intact maintenance plan and a full 4yr/50k warranty.
