Dude, you're a fraud. Your lucky I'm not reporting you to the Police. We asked to put the money in auto escrow so it's fair for us both, and you called and cancelled the assumption process. In fact, we called BMW financial and they said that you never sent in your paperwork.

You should be ashamed of yourself.

You made my wife leave what she was doing, three way a phone call to BMW financial, and still...you didn't feel comfortable giving the money to a third party even when we said we would help pay for it? You wanted us to transfer over the title and complete the assumption process without you giving me the 7k I asked for. You must think I was born yesterday.

I don't know where you're from, but BMW advised me to get the money before hand and still, I decided to make it fair for us both and do an escrow.

I'm glad the car didn't end up in your hands. I would of never forgived myself.

Are you saying you called me? Who are you? The lease assumption process has been cancelled with BMW Financial Services. There isn't going to be any money on escrow.
