BMW service centre won't drive my car due to exhaust

I have a Milltek Racing Performance Exhaust decat installed on my car.

I brought the car to a BMW service center to get it checked, but hey called me and said they aren't allowed to perform a road test because there are stickers on my exhaust stating that it is not allowed on the road.

Anyone else experience this?

No, but can you just take the stickers off?

They asked me to change it back to standard exhaust and they would then perform a check on it because miltek racing exhaust is not road test legal .
