Parting out the track M4 if anyone needs parts for this season.

I'm moving on from the F8x platform and will start to part out my M4. Have my wheels and tires up for sale in the FS section already if anyone needs a set for this track season. https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1586413

Will also have:

AP 9668 BBK (Front)

AST 5200 w/ Camber Plates - can let you know ideal settings for each track also if that helps

Akrapovic Full Titanium Exhaust - titanium midpipe included

VRSF 3" Stainless Downpipe

BM3 License - not sure how this works, but I had a great, reliable and conservative dyno tuned full E85 map that made chasing down all the GT3s a blast. Not familiar with tuning so don't know if you could use it for your car, but if you could it would be a great tried and proven map for the track.

If anyone is interested, let me know and you can save me the work of posting a for sale ad. The parts will be coming off the car within a week or so. I'm very particular about everything on my car, so everything will be in great shape. Thanks to everyone in this community and for all the information shared here.

Bummer, what are you going to?

I'll take any of the loose Pirelli slicks.

I'm launching a new business that is consuming a lot of my time right now, so the track is taking a back seat. Next car will be a GT3RS or 600LT. I've heard once I drive the 600LT, I'll forget about the GT3RS.

Both great cars, IMO GT3RS is a little more pure and NA, sounds soooo good. 600 LT would probably be fair bit faster lap times.

Curious why the staggered wheel set up with same size Pirelli’s front and rear? You obviously know what you’re doing.

Will really just boil down to the feel of driving the 600LT. I've driven some other McLarens and wasn't too impressed vs the Porsche, but I hear this is pretty special.

When I purchased my wheels initially, I was not using slicks so my setup was perfect for NT01s. Even now though, I'm pretty sure it's too tight to run 18x11 up front, so the 18x10 is a perfect fit with enough clearance to be safe. I was losing interest in the car until I switched over to the 305 Pirelli's. Once I had that setup on the car with all the other mods, it all made sense.

Interested in your BM3 license if still available.

BTW your map wouldn’t carry over but that’s ok, I’m much more conservative with the tune .

Getting down to the last couple things and also have a few miscellaneous items to add.

AST 5200 Coilovers
AP 9668 Kit

New items:

275 / 305 Nitto NT01s
305/645/18 Pirelli DH slicks (9 total)
Kohlenstoff Rear Diffuser with LED brake light
Fall Line Motorsports Black Strap Tow Hook with Mineral White Cover
AIM Solo 2 with all original packaging
VP Racing 5 Gallon Fuel Jugs (14 total red or white colors)

Willing to ship all items except for the fuel jugs as it's just smarter to buy them on Amazon and get the free shipping if you're outside of California.

Just shoot me a PM if interested.

Who is your tuner for the E85 map? Do you have any type of crank hub fix?

I used Cary for the tune and did not have any type of crank hub fix. With my very, very limited knowledge on the topic, to me, it seemed like torque and the kick down feature is the biggest culprit. I always used manual mode in my car and the tune made the power feel very linear. For example, on 295 rear PS4 tires, I struggled more for grip on the stock tune than I did with my E85 tune on the street making 570+ rwhp/tq. For those reasons, I didn't feel concerned enough to do the fix.
