Hills eurohaus is doing a pure turbo + crank hub build on their shop car

Will be great to finally have a shop here who can do the crank hub

Watching how this goes, finding a shop I'm confident with doing the work is my only barrier

If you've ever used ecutek, you'll know why people that are familiar with that tuning platform would prefer it over what is currently

I've never been a huge ecutek fan. I have always ran Haltechs. So euro cars confuse me!
But the BM3 software is amazing, Just needs more Aussie tuners... which are coming.
Brintech and hopefully another Sydney based tuner.

Interesting to know that Hills Eurohaus are installing a crank hub fix. I've been on the forums far too much reading about the S55 whilst I wait for my m2c to arrive and was just thinking about the lack of local experience in installing things such as the crank hub fix.

I haven't decided how far I'll go with tuning mine - probably a flash +/- downpipes +/- E85 to begin with (once I've held out as long as I can stock) then see from there. I'm in WA though so I imagine there's not much experience with things like installing crank hub fixes or bigger builds here which may influence things.

yep i saw hills doing the crank on their shop car, and also a few customer cars in pipeline

glad to finally see a local shop tackling this, as the sch is another barrier to tuning imo

a while back i went on the hunt for a local shop to do the crank, and could not find specialist bmw tuner who i felt portrayed a confident response to the question. no shops i approached even had the timing tools

re travelling, just put the car on a truck and meet it there. when building my r35 gtr at willall in SA, i would make a trip out of it
