Advice needed on Scorpion exhaust

Hello all,
Sorry if this has been addressed before but I recently had a non resonated scorpion exhaust fitted to my 2016 M3 and to be honest I was expecting it to be louder. Even in sport or sport plus it doesn't seem to be that much louder than the stock exhaust . Is there a running in period after which it gets louder?
The seller recommended that I replace the secondary cats with the scorpion mid pipe. I even thought of getting the vrsf mid pipe but I don't know if it would be compatible with the scorpion system
Any advice would be appreciated thanks

Sorry, I don't know of anyone with a Scorpion system on an F8*..... Either on here or the other forums I'm on.
Guessing there's probably a reason for that.....

Thanks... and ouch... tbh I was going to go with the vrsf mid pipe with the stock exhaust or even have the valves always open.. guess you get what you pay for...

I've got the vrsf single mid pipe on my M3 with the standard back box. Defiantly louder than stock.

I have a couple of videos on my phone if you want me to send them over somehow 🤷🏼*♂️

Hi thanks Ive seen a few videos on YouTube of the vrsf and active autowerks mid pipe on some F80s..I think I rushed into buying the scorpion and now my friends are laughing at me..I might wait and see if I can pick up an Mpe second hand..the eisenmanns/akrapovics were a bit too much for me..

Just a quick update if anyones interested..
I replaced the secondary cats with the pipes that scorpion suggested and to be honest it sounds much better now especially cold start.
The sound it makes in sport plus is nice and loud under revs without being obnoxious or over the top..so it saved me spending more money for a whole new system
