And yes, I'm still salty about him stealing my $320 bucks. I know it's gone but, still. I hate thieves.

Locals will locate him as for someone far away won't bother to look for him, so he decided to take his chances and run with the money. If the locals met up you l or he's still around, ask the locals for his information on where they met or current car he's driving .

When you do catch him, then beat his ass too.
