Any shops in B.C. doing spark plugs for a reasonable rate?

Getting quoted 4.5+ hours at 140-160 an hour + tax at a couple reputable shops in the lower mainland. I know the job is a bit tedious in terms of removal but $7-900 seems insane especially as im providing the plugs. Am also contemplating doing it myself.

Seriously, i did it myself and it's nothing complicated, you just need the special thin wall socket for s55 sparks plug and filler gauge to gap the plug

There is a very good diy video on YouTube

It took me 4-5 hours, nothing hard just time

Take the time to correctly gap your plug and take your time.

It's a beginner diy for real

Don't pay 700$ + for that just for time

Yes I'm sure, i bought ngk platinium or iridium, the expensive one and i had to gap them all, from my memories, the gap was too high, had to close them to reach the correct gap specs

I had bpm sport stage 1 on my f80 m3, after the sparks plug replacement, the car was running perfectly, didn't see any difference from before the replacement of oem plugs
