F82 M4 Spare tire and kit DIY retrofitting

Any guidance or parts list for retrofitting a spare tire and kit for M4?
I've had two blowouts already so I want to retrofit a set up back there.
Thanks in advance.

Have you found a space saver that will fit over the front brakes?

I had a 2017 G30 530d for two years and was always researching either retrofitting the space saver kit or just having a space saver sitting on the boot floor in a cover.

I had my hand bitten off for the 530d and hence now I'm in a 2018 F82 comp.

found the guy selling a spare here, want to jump on it, but I just want to make sure I can make the spare fit in the back, in the storage area, and NOT out in the trunk taking up space.

I saw that add and it's perfect timing.

From memory the cavity for storage will be to shallow from the boot lid forward.

I'd be curious what you come up with for a spare Orion that doesn't take up trunk space. I figured a spare would need to reside in the trunk.

One less intrusive option would be a tire patch kit. It can save you from a mail or puncture but wouldn't help with a tire blowout.

Conclusion...

NO SPACE for Spare in the M4, unless you are willing to use the trunk space for it...

not cutting or modifying anything...
One thought is that If i do go for a very long trip, then perhaps I'd bring spare with tools, but other than that, no.

I think I'll have that in the boot/truck with the jack and tools in the compartment underneath.

Just need a Velcro strap to anchor it to one of the hooks so it doesn't move around.
