I got an appointment a week from now to have this looked at/readjusted.
So it depends on how close the stock exhaust was cut from the weld but let's assume it was cut correctly. I would trim where the arrows are pointing to reduce the length which will reduce he push on the rear muffler causing it to rotate up on the hangers.

Gotcha. I'm assuming it was "cut correctly."

I hope it wasn't cut too much. I just don't want this smashing my diffuser - which is melting it.

You could always take the diffuser off until the pipes get trimmed.

Anyone notice the sound on aggressive driving not really smooth? It sounds like a jumbled mess of just a single loud exhaust tone. Lower RPMs sound great. This normal?

Running Non-ZCP stock muffler, stock dp, K&N drop ins.

Not sure exactly what you mean by jumbled mess but, are you referring Wide open throttle in sports+? On my personal car I had to tune the valves to full open mode because they kept closing and opening and it sounded silly.

Let me try turning back on my Active Sound. I know its not a good comparison, but in videos the higher revs are supposedly a more refined tone. It definitely really starts to pick up in noise after like 4K RPM, which I get is normal for any type of exhaust. It starts off sounding really nice and smooth, then when i put more gas to about ~4K RPM and up it just gets loud and unrefined. The best way to describe it is like all 6 cylinders trying to get everything out at one time, if that makes any sense.

With out hearing it sounds like you are describing an exhaust leak? My car is deep and smooth sounding.

Yikes. I really hope it isn't after all the issues I've had so far D: Guess I'll go get it checked out...

Should be able to hear any exhaust leaks under the vehicle . Again im just going by your explanation of it sounds like all the cyl are coming out at once. A deep harsh exhaust note.

The single should produce a deep low rasp tone with stock downpipes.
