Shadowline Trim/Weatherstrip front Window lifting

Searched the forum high and low, is this a common issue? My car has 30k miles (2016, never seen winter) the driver side is good the passenger side is lifting up. See attached photo.

I want to glue it back down but I'm sure water and dirt will collect, the piece is 100$ and the car is actually still under warranty so I don't want to spend the 100$. Wondering if there's a solution.

Better pic, seems like it's just delaminating
