Do you think there are any issues with this if you have one of the front mount intakes (the Maximum PSI in particular)?

+1 for MSR. I think they should be fine, as the cold front sits behind that black brace. But good to hear from AWE on this, or anyone that has both.

Well... I can't give a 150% confirmation like I'd prefer to do since I/we haven't test fit such a setup. But I'd say going off of the black brace statement (which is good indication) that the ColdFront™ would not be problematic.

Excuse the silly question, but since the Cold front is a lot larger, isn't it now blocking the radiator behind it?

2nd silly question, Since this has increased capacity, and I plan on doing the larger capacity Miller Inter-cooler, Having both, do you think a larger water pump would be called for?

Nothing impactful. Regarding an upgraded pump -- as long as there isn't any newly added restrictions in flow with the addition of the other cooler (just to be clear I am not saying there would be) your stock pump will be just fine. On the other hand -- it certainly wouldn't hurt my any means

i've read the instructions and still confused, is this just a radiator?

If so, can it work on F30s too?

Technically yes, it is a radiator. Radiator is a classification of a heat exchanger.

Negative, it won't work with the F30 because the intercooling system is totally different -- it operates on totally different principals.

any plans in the future?

I recently learned that our transmission is cooled through the engine cooling system, so would be great to have a higher flowing, higher volume option.

And honestly, any radiator (or intercooler, or any other device that is meant to have the maximum airflow) is going to have similar issues.

Of course, was making more of a joke. But very happy there is protection available! Does that screen hinder any of the cooling at all?

The protection screen's spacing is big enough to not restrict air flow while being small enough to prevent damage from road debris. Gotta protect the goods!

As for fins on a radiator getting bent, yes, it does decrease efficiency, by a very minute amount. Like 0.00000001% per bent fin. The big concern is if a large chunk of road debris actually pierces the radiator, and fluid starts leaking out. Radiators, in general, however, are pretty resilient, and designed with road debris in mind. Think of all the semi-trucks out there with huge radiators exposed in the front. They do just fine.
