Do we keep or sell our F80 M3 project car? 5 Year review.
I think it's fair to say our Verde Mantis F80 M3 Competition has become one of the more iconic Evolve project cars, helped no doubt by the bright green paint, and the fact we've owned it for 5 years!
But has the time come for us to part ways with this 650hp animal? I take you over the cars current spec and gets behind the wheel to share my thoughts. |

F80/82 look modern, elegant and classy. It doesn't have that hideous bucky beaver look and a factory color you don't see everyday. I say keep her in the fleet and continue its development with a single turbo and document an S55 motor build

Sad to say its gone! Someone made an offer I couldn't refuse and I was hardly using it any more for development or personally.
If another F8X enters the stable it will be a M4 GTS. |
