Launch Control Tuning

What's up guys, new to the forums and BMWs all together. I have a white 15' F82 DCT with about 37k miles. Launch control won't allow me to set the launch rpm below 2900-3000 making it useless. Searched thru the forums and on-line, something to do with the iLaunch system? Anyhow I'm asking if anyone knows of a tuner or coder that can change that parameter to the old LC settings where you could go much lower like 2200 rpm. Any help would be much appreciated. I'm in Miami, this forum rocks.

-Thanks

Code in the GTS DCT and it'll allow you to adjust launch RPM.

I have the GTS DCT tune from BM3 in it now, still can't adjust launch control below 3k.

Launch RPMs are adjustable with or without the GTS DCT flash. AFAIK, the upper and lower limits of the adjustable range are identical. (To be fair, I've never actually compared the range on my DCT with stock vs GTS flash - I just drop the RPMs until they won't go lower lol.)

Any idea how or who can code or configure my car to launch below 3k rpm

Thanks

Not sure about that. But, it should drop slightly below 3k RPM as is. I performed 3 separate launches using LC within the last couple hours and each time the lowest RPM was around 2900.

Got a data log from one launch and attached a screenshot. you can see the RPM drop with each down tap of the switch until reaching lowest possible setting prior to releasing the brake.

My friend has an F82 like mine and he can go down to the low 2k range. I read somewhere once in this forum that it has something to do with the version number of all the modules in the car. Something to that extent, like my car has newer settings. There has ro be a way to alter the parameter to let it launch in the low 2k.
