Michigan Dealer Lease Deals

So...I'm just curious what the Michigan people's experiences have been with the dealers in Southeastern Michigan when it comes to negotiating lease deals. I'm looking to get into a M340i, and everyone in the forum is talking about 8-12% off MSRP plus incentives being the standard. But I wonder if it's harder to get those kind of deals in Michigan with only three dealers and limited supply compared to places like California, Texas, etc.

Based on my past experiences dealerships in SE Michigan do not give out very good discounts. But it won't hurt to try, find a M340i that has been sitting for a relatively long time to try.
