Whats going on with this car

Hi - in the market - I'm a refugee from the X5 forums looking for something smaller and more fun.

Found this car https://www.munichmotorco.com/pre-ow...-BMW-M3/590366

Price is ok, mileage is great, color combination is great, has some great carbon bits - but looks like the car has been lowered also and potential aftermarket nav unit. Curious what the opinions...

Because I am in Ohio, I would have to get a PPI and have it trailered after purchase without viewing in advance which seems risky but I am considering...

I feel like because the current F8x market is so hot a better deal is to buy an LCI version of the car, as it will be only 5k-10k more expensive, but will be 2-3 years younger.

I think in the long run, resale value could be better this way.

5-10k for headlights/taillights and a slightly different experience using Idrive? Can I be your dinner guest?

I get what you're saying. But 45k for non-Comp 2015 MY? I still think it's too much. Maybe if you can get it for 40k.

It's definitely lowered and looks like it probably also has wheel spacers. Also has an upgraded idrive system like you noticed. It looks like the taillights are the LCI version or some other version because those are not the 2015 my taillights. The engine bay looks to be untouched so that's probably good. The one thing you wont know is if it was ever tuned or not. It also does not have adaptive suspension.

$45k for a 2015 seems a bit high?

Not at that mileage...under 30k and SO interior. That is in the used market range
If you like it buy it. Get a PPI then sign the papers

Yeah I think 45k is not that high given everything checks out. Also the mods look to be quality and if they are things you were already going to buy that could factor in. I would think around 43k out the door would be a pretty solid deal.
