Mysterious button in glovebox - Update: SOLVED

Mystery solved... Spoiler; I did not eject/die/whtvr

It is part of my car following system and jam/startblock.

My understanding is you may have come across the only one of BMW's Manhattan Project II button. Apparently when you encounter another BMW driver acting like a deuce around your car while driving, you depress the button and that driver is never seen again driving a BMW. Apparently it is an effort to ensure Audi drivers are sustained as the tools of the road.

Glovebox net, really? Don’t recall seeing that in my 2018. Cup holder cover and now glovebox net MIA.
