This is fair. I don’t imagine PS2+ getting to 800whp comparatively from ~700whp. I am hoping for a similar spool and closer to 750whp with room for more from there with PI or meth. If it spools significantly slower then maybe regular PS2 would be more appealing but for how I use the car I don’t mind a little bit of spool for some more power at the top right of the dyno sheet

yeah that's pretty awesome, and they seem to think the car has plenty more in it. excited to see how this progresses and looking forward to picking up a pair of the turbos.

Interesting thing on that dyno is it's showing about 550ftlbs of torque at 7000rpm. That's about 100 more than what we're seeing out of PS2's. Nice.

We'll see if we can get it closer or slightly over 800whp next week.

I'm just waiting to see what black friday sales there will be to pull the trigger on the pure turbos, I'd love to be at 600-650 rwhp on my manual f82 without e85

They've shown very solid improvements over the PS2.

Haha it's only a couple of months away! No idea but I see dealers offering them for $3900-4100 now, I'm in no rush so we'll see where the price heads

Pure Turbo had a 15% off sale during Black Friday last year. Around $3200 for the PS2s roughly.

M4 Turbo Upgrades in Uk

Most of the companies offering turbo upgrades seem to be based in the US. is anyone from the UK and bought turbos + tune from uk and running happily? I heard that DMS automotive are starting the turbo upgrade option for the M4 and was wondering if anyone has this already. DMS are great for tuning ECU but never heard anything about turbos.

Although, I agree with CloudVIII. 700whp is probably the peak worry-free power output on stock S55 internals.
https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...2&postcount=45

781RWHP - stock engine, stock trans, stock clutch, stock fuel system.

And there are plenty more over 700RWHP with stock internals.

Well aware of the car... Eurocharge Canada also running the crank hub upgrade. I do not think this will be long-term viable power. I think you could likely push it even to 800+ for a few pulls but I think most people want it to be reliable and sustainable. Again this is my opinion.

Looks quick but man that tranny hates you. Not sure how much longer those stock packs will hold up with that much torq.

I too have heard many good about the ps2+ but already having ps2s, I don’t think they yield enough to swap unless its for testing purposes for Pure
