How can I return an order to VRSF?

I ordered downpipes from VRSF last week, and I just received them. But now Iíve learned that if I want to install them, I have to get an engine tune. I don't want to do that so I want to return my order. I haven't opened the package yet.

Iíve sent two emails to sales@vr-speed.com, but havenít received any replies. And there is no link or page on their website to use to talk to them.

My order number is #100054840, and the order was placed on Feb 20th.

Anyone know how can I return?

Not really surprised with VRSF customer service at this point. I had sent in an inquiry at the beginning of the year about VRSF specific charge pipe bolts that never came with my order. Sent a PM to Tiago, waited a little over a week, then re-sent the same message via e-mail. Received zero response from either channel, so I just took the experience as their way of treating customers.

Sounds like your request may have been sent to our spam filter. Shoot over a PM and Iíll be more than happy to assist. We just relocated our shop across country while updating our website and email server so I apologize if the email hasnít gone through.

As for anyone questioning our customer service, please refer to the thousands of positive reviews across google, the forums as well as our website

Customer service isn't measured on the accumulation of positive product reviews over the course of time. Do note that there are no product related issues being mentioned here.

Good customer service is a deliverable that is performed on a consistent basis. Simply reacting to a public call out does not indicate good customer service, but more in line with damage control.

The SPAM filter excuse is plausible, but still far fetched, because it is your Customer Service duty to check your SPAM filter for legitimate inquiries.

Unfortunately, the SPAM filter excuse does not apply to PMs on Bimmerpost.

Yeah the fact you contacted on 2 avenues is reducing the probably of Spam filter scenario. Wouldíve been better if a geniune response instead. Most ppl just buy product, receive, then leave feedback. These are the cases when customer service level really shows

Did you buy from Mike? I purchased several VRSF products from Mike and never had an issue with their responses... I also have the VRSF Catless DP and what the heck, I went to the nearest bodyshop and erased the coding and never show up yet... ... but, in my case, I'll be getting the BM3 as soon as I do the 1200 service...

I've needed to reach Tiago in the past and he was responsive. Unfortunate what happened to OP but I was happy with the customer service (and I didn't even end up returning the product)

We have zero PM's from aBMWfan.

We run a tight ship here and have an automated system. If you place an order that is in stock, it's prepped and out the door within the hour on a business day.
