What's up with so many '18s already for sale or lease takeover? Why are so many people trying to get out of their 18s? Are people over this car already or what?

I'm looking for a 16 (or maybe 17 if price is reasonable) accident free, stock M3 ZCP and 6MT - These are must haves.

Preferably Mineral White, Mineral Grey, or Blue (Atlantis or Tanzanite - not YM)
Preferably Sakhir Orange or Black Extended Leather Interior (no light colors - too tough to maintain)
Most preferably not a lease takeover - I tend to find that people who lease their cars beat on them way too much.
