437M OEM factory color options questions

Hey guys, just recently got my M2, and I love the stock 437M wheels, but looking around I'm seeing some 437M wheels on M4's that were Ferric Grey, which I like much better.

Anyway, I've seen these wheels in so many finishes, from black, to dark grey, to lighter grey, to nearly pure silver. Can anyone tell me what finishes came from the factory, and on what cars? I ask because I'm not interested in rep's.

Thanks in advance for any info.

There are two official colors, black (which is actually a two-tone) and silver. If you're seeing different shades of those two colors, i assume it's varying levels of brake dust/dirt coated on the wheels changing the way they appear....or somebody's painted/powder-coated them after-the-fact.

Awesome, so just black with polished highlights, and Ferric grey with polished highlights, no solid black, and no silver.

Thanks for the info!
