Reduced Diameter Steering Wheel

Quick question:

Does anyone make an alcantara steering for the F8X that retains all electric button functions but with a smaller overall wheel diameter?

One of things that drives me insane track driving is that the overall wheel diameter on the M4 is just too large. It's not helped by the fact that the steering ratio is fairly slow as well. I think this would be a huge improvement.
